Adding Poems to Pages

Something I love to do but never seem to get around to is adding verses/poems/lyrics to my pages.  They often seem to say just what I want to say only more eloquently.  Here’s a page I did using a poem I found on scrapbook.com.  I also used the Aug 22 sketch from My Little Sketch Book – just loved the design of this sketch.

I created a scalloped circle in PSE, then added the verses in large circles on the page.  After I printed this out I added the photo and other papers and embellies

Take time to think:
 it is the source of power.
Take time to read;
it is the foundation of wisdom.
Take time to play;
it is the secret of staying young.
Take time to be quiet;
it is the opportunity to see God.
Take time to be aware;
it is the opportunity to help others.
Take time to love and be loved;
it is God’s greatest gift.
Take time to laugh;
it is the music of the soul.
Take time to be be friendly;
it is the road to happiness.
Take time to dream;
it is what the future is made of.
Take time to pray;
it is the greatest power on earth.

I used coredinations CS, papers from American Crafts, Luxe Designs and Bella Blvd, letters are making memories and Colorbok, ZVA crystals.
